Designed for babies to preschoolers (0-6 years) every Red Letter Box is based on a theme and includes 4-8 carefully chosen items for your child including a book, a clothing item and a toy. Depending on the theme, additional items in the Box will range from fashion accessories, craft activities, art supplies, food, child care supplies such as diapers, creams, utensils, swaddles and more.
On top of that, notes will be supplied on how to make the most of each item, the makers you are supporting and activity ideas for you and your child to enjoy together.
Your Red Letter Box will ship between the 15th-19th of February, May, August and November. The cutoff date is the 1st of the month. For example, if you sign up between 2 February and 1 May, you will receive your first box in May. As soon as we ship your box, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Note: sometimes we sell out early, so please check the information provided when you place your order.
We ship to anywhere in the world that USPS delivers to. Shipping rates have been discounted and are calculated at checkout.
You definitely can - by adding one box at a time to the cart.
Alternatively, buy a unisex box for your children to share. Use the age of your older child as clothes and toys can be handed down to younger kids.

When ordering, include a note and let us know when you would like the card to be mailed. This will be sent notifying your recipient about their gift and when it'll be arriving. If you want it to be a surprise, choose "with the box" and we'll include your note with the first Red Letter Box.

To skip or delay a delivery, simply send us an email with information on when you would like to stop and restart your boxes. Unfortunately, if your email is received after the 1st of a shipping month, we will not be able to skip that box.
We’re sad to see you go but it’s easy to cancel anytime. Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get onto it right away. Subscription plans are only eligible for cancellation after the initial prepaid term has been completed. We renew Quarterly Plan subscriptions on the 1st of February, May, August and November, so be sure to cancel before this to avoid receiving that box. Yearly Plan subscriptions are renewed on the anniversary of purchase. If your renewal has been processed or cancellation notice is received between the 1st - 19th (last shipping date) of a shipping month, you will receive that box and refunded the remaining amount.
